Duck

DUCK - Named for the numerous wild ducks in the area, Duck was incorporated as Dare County's newest town in 2002.  A popular vacation destination along the Outer Banks, Duck now hosts many events year-round, including a jazz festival in mid-October.  And if you stop at a Duck Donuts, they started here in Duck in 2006.
